Paqualyte disinfectant has been rigorously and extensively tested within a UKAS lab against Bacteria, Spores, Virus and fungal contamination and has proven its efficacy in all tested situations. The specific BS EN testing performed covers appropriate consideration for its application in medical, domestic, veterinary, food preparation, aerosolization via fogging (all for non porous surfaces), and water in environments.
Hypochlorous acid has been approved by the European Commission as an active substance for use in product types (PT) 1,2,3,4 and 5 biocides. The manufacturer of Paqualyte is included in the Article 95 list of Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR).
